I'm waiting for my kids' school bus with 15 minutes to spare. Those are often the best times to sketch. You don't worry about the result and, because of that, you surprise yourself with a drawing you really like. Time for line art: 8 minutes. Time for coloring as soon as I got home: 5 minutes. Agree. Waiting time is a sketching time you don't steal from nothing and no one. Often it is the best time for drawing.
