Google anonunced a few days ago the launch of a new operating system for cellphones and this is how I illustrated the story on the subject that ran in the business section. I have to credit this Magritte masterpiece for the inspiration.

Google anunció hace unos días el lanzamiento de un sistema operativo para teléfonos móviles y así es como ilustré el artículo sobre este tema en la sección de negocios. Tengo que dar crédito a esta obra de arte de Magritte por la inspiración.

  7. Wow! I recognized your inspiration of Magritte's painting of the men in bowlers. I have a love/hate relationship with his work. The exhibit last year at LACMA was fabulous and I gained a new understanding of him. But how come I don't see my iphone illustrated? LOL

  8. oops, sorry Marta, how could I miss the iPhone! but then, Apple, would never use the system by Google... I guess that's why I left it out.

I also saw a Magritte exhibit at LACMA years ago, I can see why he is a you love or hate his work, but that's a good thing, it means it provokes a reaction on the viewer. thats my two cents on Magritte!
