Something green (EDM #116)

When I showed the drawing to my wife Michelle she said: "They look so comfortable together." (Prismacolor pencils on Strathmore drawing paper medium, 8"x10".)

  1. Very confortable indeed, and I love the way the brown stripes of the top pear echo the position of the other pear. These are beautifully rendered.

  5. Looks like they do enjoy each other's company! Great texture and highlights. I love "pear" art. Bit of a junky, I must admit...

  8. Michelle's spot-on reaction makes me think of how you guys are comfortable together: Your talent in capturing the world through illustration cuddles up nicely with her knack for verbal description. You're quite the nice pair (pun totally intended)!
